THE FACILITY IS CONVERTING THE AREA PREVIOUSLY OCCUPIED BY DUNKIN' TO A KITCHEN/COFFEE SPACE. ONLY NEW EQUIPMENT, TABLES, AND SHELVES ARE BEING PUT INTO PLACE. THERE ARE NO CHANGES TO PLUMBING. THE ONLY TCS FOODS BEING ADDED TO THE MENU ARE COFFEE AND CREAMER IN REFRIGERATED DISPENSERS.
THERE ARE TWO PIPES LEADING INTO A FLOOR DRAIN THAT TERMINATE BELOW THE TOP OF THE DRAIN. CUT THESE PIPES AT LEAST 1" ABOVE THE TOP OF THE FLOOR DRAIN BEFORE THE EQUIPMENT IS PUT INTO USE. |
